Shipping to United States: $4.75

Holiday Wall Pockets on your choice of cotton monks cloth or primitive linen.
This is for the PATTERN ONLY, not the finished pockets.
A 4" x 6" photo and tips for the way I finished the edges are included with the pattern.
It does NOT include instructions on how to hook.

Two pockets come on a foundation fabric of your choice, either cotton monks cloth or primitive linen.
From the drop down option boxes, choose the two you would like: Santa, Snowman, Tree or Star.
The pockets measure about 8" from top to bottom, 5" across the top and 4" across the bottom.

The pattern comes hand drawn on your choice of foundation fabric which measures about 20" x 20", making it fit on most rug hooking lap frames or in a sturdy 14" hoop. The raw edges have been serged to prevent raveling while hooking.

These pockets can be hooked with leftovers in your stash, or you can purchase small bundles that might add to the colors you want to use.
I used many of my leftover noodles to hook these little pockets, then finished the backs with some heavy wool that I had in my stash.
The handles were made with strips of natural white wool, but any combination of colors will make these cute!!

This pattern is such a fun small project that hooks up quickly. Hang it on a bedroom door and fill with sweet notes or sweet treats or some holiday decor.
How fun to make it a family holiday event where each family member writes special notes or maybe adds a little sweet treat every day, mystery gifts, mystery givers. Maybe use them as an Advent pocket, drawing out a story or candy to mark each day.

If you need a hook, see my selection in the supplies section:

    Frequently Asked Questions

    Custom and personalized orders

Please feel free to contact me about special orders by clicking on the "request a custom order" button. I have a lot of inventory that is not listed.

If you are looking for a specific color or texture, I will be happy to check my inventory. If you are able to send a photo, that is a great help to me in understanding what you are looking for.

Special Orders are non returnable. Wool Kits and Wool Packs that have been cut in strips for rug hooking are not refundable.

Designs and patterns that have been customized and/or personalized cannot be returned.

Which Backing Fabric should I choose?

Cotton Monks Cloth is 100% cotton woven with two warp threads and two weft threads has 12 x 13 holes per inch. It is great for hooking with all cuts of wool, from fine to primitive cuts. It is less expensive than primitive linen.

Primitive linen is 100% linen, the most durable backing fabric. It is more expensive than other backing fabrics. The evenly spaced weave of 12 x 12 threads per inch makes it great for all primitive cuts, #7 and wider.
Beginners usually have an easier time hooking with linen.

Both are fine and long lasting choices for the backing to support and make your hooked rug durable. I use both types, but usually choose linen for larger projects.

Do you refund shipping overage charges?

Yes, if the difference is $3.00 or more. Etsy calculations, especially on orders with multiple items, can add up to more than the actual shipping. I will let you know when your order is ready to ship if you will be receiving a shipping refund.
